Here at Med 5, we work hard to ensure you get the best quality products. We stand behind the performance of our products and promise that, subject to normal use, our garments will be free of manufacturing defects for 30 days from purchase.

Despite rigorous quality control protocols, defects do occasionally occur. If you receive a garment that does not live up to our standards, please contact us immediately at sales@stomacloak.com, and we will replace the item. Our warranty does not cover garments that have been misused or abused, modified with embroidery, decorated, or otherwise altered.

Return Policy

At Med 5, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges.  Our products are like under garments and are not usable by a second end user.  Replacements are only allowed via the warranty policy described above.  Please double check the sizing prior to completing your order.

What do I do if you sent me the wrong item?

If you received an item you did not order, please email us at sales@stomacloak.com.  We will promptly issue a return address label and get the correct item shipped out to you, and we will cover the cost of the postage and handling for both the replacement and the return of the original.

What do I do if I received a defective item?
Though we take quality extremely seriously and maintain rigorous quality standards, a rare event may occur in which a defective product reaches your doorstep. If it does, please email us at sales@stomacloak.com and we will work with you on getting the damaged product returned and a replacement item sent out. And, of course, we will cover the cost of the postage and handling for both.
